Returns

Returns are only accepted with written approval from Created with a Purpose 2:10. 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted for damaged items. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Shipping Your Return

You’ll need to ship your item back to us at: 5285 East Robertson Road, Cross Plains, TN, USA.

Please include your order number and reason for return inside the package.
